Multivariate Analysis For PAT and QbD Applications

There are many conferences, guidance documents, and committees discussing the benefits and opportunities of the PAT and QbD initiatives, but where do you actually start? It all starts with data analysis and informatics. The course will provide an overview of how Design of Experiment (DoE) and Multivariate Analysis (MVA) can be applied to R&D and Manufacturing based data for meeting the many objectives of QbD and PAT initiatives in your environment. This course is aimed at the application of Chemometrics tools for manufacturing intelligence, as well as defining the right experiments to perform for efficient trials in R&D, Pilot Scale and in the manufacturing environment. The course aims to both jump start companies that are new to QbD/DOE as well as strengthen the fundamentals for those already working in this schema.

The course will be delivered by industry experts from the pharmaceutical life science and manufacturing industry and provides their insights and experiences that were gained through practical hands on application of methods into real process situations.
