Sputum Sample tester for instant identification of Novel Corona Virus(COVID-19), Dengue (DENV) and Zika (ZIKV) Virus.

As a critical necessity here is an efficient arbovirus surveillance system designed to provide early-warning to increase preparedness of future outbreaks in endemic countries. With this instrument there are remarkable advantages such as low cost of utility and rapid detection for time effectiveness, reagent-free, and non-invasive nature of sample collection over existing molecular tools for similar purposes. This instrument is novel in using sputum samples which is easy to collect rather than the nasal and throat swab which causes irritation to the patients after sample collections. This instrument provides instant (less than 30 Seconds) results compared to all other techniques currently available.

OD-600 INSTRUMENT

This instrument is designed for measuring microbial growth curves and for estimating bacterial growth stage in the culture and bacteria type in Gut Fluid, Urine, Sputum and Blood Samples.

This instrument novelty is that it is custom designed for a Sample Holder: Customizable for micro cuvettes with 1ml or 10ml 10 mm pathlength cuvettes or 14-17 mm round tubes or for any other dimension of your choice (Customer to give details before fabrication). By using this customizable sample holder the whole cultivation broth container/tube can be placed avoiding any possible contamination and disturbance to the bacterial colonies.

Some of the common adulterants are flours made of maize, keshari dal, chick pea, yellow pea, rice etc..., one other very commonly used carcinogen coloring agent that is identifiable using this instrument is Metanil yellow.
